It's just a dude walking behind the truck grabbing the garbage bags out of the cart with his hands. BOOHOOHOO I'M SO SAD! All the mystique of the Winnipeg robots is ruined! Maybe if I look behind the self-checkout computers at the library there's a little dude reading the bar codes through the scanner and writing things on a paper card with a quill. Sigh...
